Les Ninjas du Japon

by Giovanni Giommi

Five young Japanese cyclists go to Burkina Faso to take part in the most important African competition, the Tour of Faso. The movie is about the contrast between two completely different worlds: the structured and monotone life of the members of the Japanese team and the African reality. On top of that, there is the difference between the rigid climate of Japan compared to the suffocating African warm. Nothing could have prepared these young men for this journey, so the competition they are taking part in will be a physically and emotionally wearing experience.
